Avoid hot baths, saunas, tight clothing, and intense workouts for 24 hours. Apply soothing aloe or recommended post-wax lotion, wear breathable fabrics, and exfoliate gently after 48 hours to prevent ingrown hairs.

Avoid shaving for at least two to three weeks so hair reaches a quarter-inch length. Shorter stubble won’t grip the wax properly, leading to incomplete results; if uncertain, call us and we’ll advise based on hair length.
